to Be Accountable For:-

1) Managing People and Processes to Ensure Timely Delivery of Project.

2) Project's Organization & Timeline

responsibilities:-

knowledge Gathering from Business Development Team and Clients Before the Start of the Projects.

coordinate with Internal Resources and External Parties for the Flawless Execution of Projects.

ensure that all Projectsare Deliveredon-time, Within Scope and Within Budget.

develop a Detailed Project Plan to Track Progress.

establish and Maintain Relationships with External Parties.

create and Maintain Comprehensive Project Documentation.

meeting with Project Team Members to Identify and Resolve Issues.

submitting Project Deliverable and Ensuring that They Adhere to Organizational Quality Standards.

preparing Status Reports By Gathering, Analyzing and Summarizing Relevant Information.

improve and Maintain Project Management Processes.

revenue Collection Follow-ups with Clients So as to Maintain the Cash Flows in the Projects.

managing and Development of Project Co-ordinators Deployed On Projects.

identifying New Business Opportunities At the Project Level and At the Organization Level.
