Responsibilities and Duties
Developing a project plan conveying the continuous delivery of project outcomes
Developing a financial view of the project in terms of cost and duration
Partnering with an internal technical lead and client teams to identify the various roles required by the project to meet project delivery goals
Consulting with the client on best practices and processes for delivering and maintaining solutions
Schedule and attend meeting for generating business lead
Collaborating with business sponsors, business owners, analysts, developers and testing teams for business development
Facilitating scope management across the project
Leading the team in the identification of project roles and responsibilities
Anticipating problems and managing the risks related to the project
Providing project and release statuses back to Project Sponsor on a regular basis.
Facilitating and Supporting cross-organisational group needs and expectations (. Testing, Training, Production Deployment & Support, Help Desk, Third Party Vendors, Partners)
Manage e-commerce functions including, but not limited to, optimizing conversion, supporting acquisition and lead gen efforts, updating site content, managing pages and products and overseeing user flow/customer experience
Oversee the digital customer experience including, but not limited to, supporting order lookup and customer service inquiries, coordinating transactional and relationship emails, providing FAQs, overseeing digital properties and managing all post transactional activities
Work with the Marketing Director to ensure marketing and business efforts are aligned and to optimize lead generation
Perform post project review and follow ups
Keep up to date on current e-commerce trends and opportunities
