• Day-To-Day Planning & Monitoring.

• Maintain Quality as per Quality Standards.

• Preparation & Implementation of Safety at Site.

• Completion of Each Activity within Budget & time.

• Maintain the Working Environment at Site.

• Coordination with Head Office for smooth working.

• Site office administration & Control.

• Progress Report-Daily, Fortnightly & Monthly basis.

• Monthly Report (Targeted vs. Achieved).

• Reviewing and implementing safety and security of site.

• Organizing and attending daily tool box meetings at site.

• Reporting any critical issues to HO with immediate effect.

• Attending weekly programmers’ / Review meetings with contractors and issue MOMs.

• Certification of all bills and ensuring timely payment of bills.

• Must be a strong communicator and able to manage team size at site.

• Ensuring timely delivery of the project.
