8. Managing full life cycle of a project from beginning to end, meeting delivery dates in time with desired quality.
9. Managing multiple client accounts, handling client communication (email, phone & chat) and escalated service issues.
10. Keeping a track of project’s process in project management tool and internal tracking.
11. Handling a team of Associate project managers and coordinators.
12. Maintaining productivity report of team members and communicating the performance expectations.
13. Planning and allocations according to team member’s skills and the turnaround time as per the project.
14. Coordinate meetings with the team to discuss project requirements or issues/delays in completing the task.
15. Handling team communication, queries.
16. Lead the channel to deliver superior execution of the project plan.
17. Planning & ensuring implementation of Business Promotion Plans.
