Our company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who can manage a project from initiation to completion. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the entire planning, maintaining project documentation, such as plans and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the projects progress to team members and other stakeholders; and managing the projects are seeking a detail-oriented individual that can ensure that each project is completed on time and at or under budget.

Requirements

Designing and controlling the project schedule, resources

Ensure that each team member has the tools it needs to meet project milestones

Create project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management

Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise

Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project Project Manager

Ensure end to end coordination of the project, including discussions with managements clients, schools, etc.

Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement

Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field

4-5 years of project management experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts

Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools

Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
