Job Description :

-The candidate has to handle number of interior projects at a time.

-The candidate has to take full ownership of the project, he should have a bias for action right from the beginning of the project, should be able to identify dependencies in advance and take necessary action to stick to timelines.

-The candidate should be well versed in the execution of interior work, he should be able to identify the available work front and guide his subordinate.

-The candidate is expected to resolve all issues related to execution and drive the project. The candidate should be able to get the work done as per the standard even in the absence of detailed drawings.

-The candidate has to ensure the quality of the execution work. He has to ensure minimum rework and snags.

-The candidate should be able to coordinate with multiple vendors. He should be able to understand their concern and take correct action.

-The candidate should have good communication skills. He should be able to represent the company in front of the client.

-The candidate should have good management abilities. He has to handle no of subordinates of designation Project Manager/ Site Supervisor.

-The candidate has to understand building regulations and he should communicate this properly to his team to avoid any violation.

-Should be ready to travel anywhere in South India.

-Communication should be good and should be immediate joiner.

-Male Candidate Prefer.
