Business Development Manager & Project Manager for Design Division

We are hiring a business development & project manager for our design agency. To

excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and

hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. With

regard to project management, you will have to manage a team of designers and report to

the top management.

Qualifications:

Experience working with design clients.

Hands-on experience in lead generation, client coordination, project management &

team handling.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proven experience in handling multiple clients & generating revenue for the

company.

Strong communication skills and design fluency.

Responsibilities:

Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.

Generating leads.

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Handling a team of designers and managing projects.
