Business Development Manager & Project Manager for Design Division

We are hiring a business development & project manager for our design agency. To

excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and

hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. With

regard to project management, you will have to manage a team of designers and report to

the top management.

Qualifications:

● Experience working with design clients.

● Hands-on experience in lead generation, client coordination, project management &

team handling.

● Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

● Proven experience in handling multiple clients & generating revenue for the

company.

● Strong communication skills and design fluency.

Responsibilities:

● Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.

● Generating leads.

● Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

● Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

● Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

● Handling a team of designers and managing projects.
