Role description

The ideal candidate will be someone with 3-6 years of experience with 2-3 years of experience in Agile Project Management and scrum master.

• Understanding and experience on Agile Methodology - Project Manager with a strong understanding of Agile fundamentals should be experienced with Scrum methodologies

• Ability to identify and resolve impediments for the team and ensure the team delivers an optimal outcome

• Understanding of Project Management fundamentals and operational aspects of managing projects and customers

• Working with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure a healthy product backlog - Facilitate refinements of Stories and maintaining the product backlog.

• Help the team organize themselves into self-sustaining teams and help them on being disciplined and self-organized.

• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
