Role description

The ideal candidate will be someone with 3-6 years of experience with 2-3 years of experience in Agile Project Management and scrum master.

Understanding and experience on Agile Methodology - Project Manager with a strong understanding of Agile fundamentals should be experienced with Scrum methodologies

Ability to identify and resolve impediments for the team and ensure the team delivers an optimal outcome

Understanding of Project Management fundamentals and operational aspects of managing projects and customers

Working with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure a healthy product backlog - Facilitate refinements of Stories and maintaining the product backlog.

Help the team organize themselves into self-sustaining teams and help them on being disciplined and self-organized.

Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
