Experience in managing Analytics digital transformation projects/large BI projects ( mandatory)
The role of the Project Manager is to ensure the project delivers the defined scope of deliverables and change
initiatives within the constraints of budget, schedule and quality. This is achieved through effective:

ï‚· Budget management
ï‚· Risk management and issue resolution
ï‚· Change management
ï‚· Quality management
ï‚· Responsibilities:
o Responsible for all phases of multiple concurrent projects or a single large-scale, complex program
o Build trust and rapport with key stakeholders and facilitate executive (. VP) level steering committees
discussions
o Define program and/or project scope and objectives along with applicable project estimates, detailed
work plans, schedules, and resource plans
o Provide leadership to multiple project managers to achieve program objectives with high-quality work
products that are delivered on time and on budget
o Ensure end results meet business and stakeholder benefit expectations
o Follow our quality system procedures to insure compliance with system validation
requirements.
o Foster strong working relationships between project team members
o Monitor and control project financial metrics and make adjustments where necessary to meet scope,
schedule and budget expectations
o Follow the IT engagement management model as well as ensure it is aligned with corporate
engagement models
o Ensure that Our systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with
Our’s Information Protection Policies and Standards, as well as best information Protection
practices.
o Follow Our’s project management methodology and standard operating procedures
o Provide analytical guidance to project team in support of issue and risk resolutions
o Required to spend extended periods of time on computer-based work.
o Escalate project issues as appropriate
o Performs other duties as assigned.
