Project Manager (Construction)
Requirements
• Proven experience as construction project manager
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field will be an advantage
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
• n-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Experience : 5-10 years in relevant industry

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• Prepare, maintain and review purchasing records, produce management reports, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, approve bills for payment,
• Create spreadsheets with vendor & product or service comparisons of prospective suppliers to support management decisions
• Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims
