Experience: Proven track record in managing data annotation projects, with 8 to 12 years in a managerial position.

Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning concepts, data management practices, and project management methodologies.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Proficiency: Proficiency in project management and annotation software/tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified associate in project management (CAPM), or equivalent experience.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of specific industries or applications related to data annotation, such as computer vision or natural language processing.

Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools

Other Skills: Contract negotiation, Conflict resolution, Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
