Job Description:

1. Mentorship of new candidate

2. Arrange necessary trainings for team to do each team member assessment and prepare team performance report

3. Yearly/Monthly target setting for department

4. Allocation of tasks

5. Coordinate with other department head and management

6. In case of VHP case if users work is stuck then respective engineer should provide the resolution to client before leaving the office

7. To Solve dashboard cases on time as per standard time specified to that case category

8. To read each and every case immediately and provide comment on the same on the daily basis

9. To do coding with standard practice and maintain its documentation. Or update the existing documents

10. To do proper commenting while coding

11. Any kind of bugs should not be repeat

12. To follow the dashboard and escalate the unresolved cases to immediate reporting authority as per standard time allowed to solve the case

13. To do work reporting in Login system as per format

follow the case sequence, needs to follow FIFO method

15. To do work with a team for new feature development/customization.

16. To do reporting to respective reporting authority on daily basis
