KRA for Project Manager
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects;
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope, provided all material reached site at schedule time.
3. To work on detailed project plan to monitor and track process/schedule. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule. Provided that this detailed project schedule/plan is made available before 20 days and details of changes (technical schedule) is given.
4. Create and maintain project file. Provided what kind of documents are clearly mentioned are needed to file.
5. To understand and confirm all drawings submitted by architect
6. Interact with the client to interpret their needs and requirement and represent them in the field after prior approval from HOD.
7. Perform overall quality control of the work by taking data from Site supervisor (budget, schedule, plans, personals performance);
8. Assign responsibility and mentor project carpenters, helper, labour and purchase manager.
9. Creating and presenting a BOQ.
10. Managing the project files- Separate files for all projects.
11. Develop a detailed project planproject plan sheet.
12. Ensure resource availability and allocation;
13. Purchase order verification and approval from director;
14. Sharing all details of Purchases, cost with accounts department;
15. Coordinate with contractors working on site
16. Prepare Work Order and Purchase Order when necessary
17. Maintain stock inventory for all sites and operations inventory
18. Arrangement of materials at site Purchase requisition form.
19. Prepare cash request where ever required transportation, loading, unloading charges- Cash request form
20. Arrangement of transportation whenever required ;( logistic request).
21. Preparation of attendance sheets for all sites- Attendance sheet.
22. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
