Job Description

As an Assistant Project Manager with 5 + years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within our organization. You will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in project management, team coordination, and problem-solving will be essential in driving the success of our projects.

Project Planning and Scope Definition:

Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Assist in identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Team Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and ensure clear communication of project goals and expectations.

Facilitate regular team meetings, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, ensuring that team members are motivated and aligned.
