Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing project resources, including

manpower, equipment, and materials.

Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules, budgets, and

quality standards. Prepare project implementation schedule, budget and ensure the

work progress as per the project implementation.

Prepare BOQ and BOM for the project execution.

Development of new subcontractors, gangs and teams for a renewable energy project.

Ensure timely regular invoicing, JMC, material reconciliation for project execution

activity.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless

project execution.

Track project milestones and deliverables, and prepare progress reports for

stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts; implement corrective actions

as necessary.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies throughout the

project lifecycle.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members,

subcontractors, and stakeholders.
