1. Ready to handle sites from anywhere in Maharashtra

2. Candidate should have knowledge of fire fighting work, plumbing work, hvac work in projects,

3. Knowledge of RA bill, client handling,

4. Preparing daily, weekly & Monthly Schedules including executions.

5. Meeting with Different Stakeholders on regular intervals for their requirements & discussing of any Minor/Major issues to prevent breakdowns.

6. Preparing & Arrangements of Statutory documents, Submission of measurement sheet, invoices and etc.

7. Preparing estimates for time and material cost, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards.
