Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a range of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of project management experience and a proven track record in delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, collaborating closely with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time, within scope and budget.

Communicate effectively and proactively with all involved parties, setting and maintaining expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Handle day-to-day work with efficiency, resolving issues promptly and keeping projects on track.

Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and potential roadblocks.

Perform risk management to minimise project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.

Ensure deadlines are met, prioritising tasks and resources as necessary.

Mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, providing guidance and direction as needed.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.

Strong experience in project management software tools.

Excellent internal communication skills.
