What you'll do
In this highly visible and hands-on role, the Project manager will oversee the core technical team in delivering Application Development, integration and configuration.
The key responsibilities and deliverables of this role are:
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
To drive a culture of customer first within the IDP technology team ensuring all staff consider the customer as the centre of all their activities
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff member individual strengths ,skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-long-term goals
Managing multiple cross-function delivery teams, with focus on technical excellence and high-performance culture.
Ensure teams are appropriately skilled ,trained and developed to enable them to deliver high quality service.
Manage and develop strategic partnerships with third party suppliers and other internal stakeholders.
