Job Summary:

We seek experienced Project Managers to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders

3. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines

4. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress

5. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts

6. Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety standards

7. Manage project finances, budgets, and cash flows

8. Communicate with clients, teams, and stakeholders

9. Ensure quality control and assurance

10. Post-project evaluation and review

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of construction project management experience

2. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

3. Professional certifications (., PMP, LEED AP, OSHA)

4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

5. Proficient in project management software (., Procore, Asana, MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential projects

2. Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM)

3. Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and codes

4. Certification in risk management or quality control

5. MBA or Master's degree in Construction Management

Working Conditions:
