1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

2. Manage, lead, and motivate project teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Monitor and control project costs, track expenses, and ensure financial resources are being used efficiently while adhering to the approved budget.

4. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, or safety concerns.

5. Ensure the project meets all construction quality standards and complies with local building codes and regulations.

6. Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.

7. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates on project progress, changes, and any issues that arise.

8. Ensure the project adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements, and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.

9. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, whether related to resources, timelines, or personnel.

10. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, permits, and daily logs, for reference and compliance purposes.

11. Track the performance of the project against the initial plan and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.

12. Oversee the successful completion of the project, ensuring all deliverables are met, final inspections are passed, and the project is handed over to the client.
