• Managing Construction projects from planning, execution to its completion.

• Elaborate technical knowledge about RCC structures, civil engineering.

• Able to read drawings and calculate the quantities of material required at site based on the Drawings and Site.

• Sets Bar Chart schedules for project and flow of requisite materials and manpower

• Manage budgets and estimate costs.

• Determine necessary equipment, material and manpower requirement.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Risk evaluation of the project.

• Daily/weekly/monthly reports of the project progress.

• Timely Project Billing and to chase payments regularly

• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings to resolve them in a time manner.

• Prepare & issue minutes of all site.

• Supervise contractors and other staffs and allocate responsibilities.

• Track project progress through all phases and provide the status report to The Management.

• Review of architectural designed, costing, project planning, implementation, monitoring and quality control of construction works.

• Supervised and monitor sub-Contractors work.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Result oriented with ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines.

• In Depth knowledge of BOQ, Costing, Claims, Contract related correspondences etc.

• Supervision of site work as per drawings and work progress,
