Managing Construction projects from planning, execution to its completion.

Elaborate technical knowledge about RCC structures, civil engineering.

Able to read drawings and calculate the quantities of material required at site based on the Drawings and Site.

Sets Bar Chart schedules for project and flow of requisite materials and manpower

Manage budgets and estimate costs.

Determine necessary equipment, material and manpower requirement.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Risk evaluation of the project.

Daily/weekly/monthly reports of the project progress.

Timely Project Billing and to chase payments regularly

Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings to resolve them in a time manner.

Prepare & issue minutes of all site.

Supervise contractors and other staffs and allocate responsibilities.

Track project progress through all phases and provide the status report to The Management.

Review of architectural designed, costing, project planning, implementation, monitoring and quality control of construction works.

Supervised and monitor sub-Contractors work.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Result oriented with ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines.

In Depth knowledge of BOQ, Costing, Claims, Contract related correspondences etc.

Supervision of site work as per drawings and work progress,
