The Project Management Intern will assist the internal project management team with various tasks relating to construction management.
CONTRACT LENGTH: Minimum 3 months of internship
REQUIREMENT: Laptop and a good internet connection
STIPEND: We do not provide fixed stipend. We reward performance through monetary performance incentives mostly at end of the internship tenure WORK TIMINGS:
Monday to Friday working
2 pm to 11 pm (flexibility offered as per discussion with Reporting Manager post joining)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing activities such as quality control and documentation according to the guidelines provided by the client.
Maintaining the record of different items to be used or going to use at the site along with their rate list.
Preparing and scheduling of resources such as subcontractors and purchase orders.
Preparing and tracking purchase orders with inputs from clients where required.
Change order and tracking based on changes and site conditions initiated and reported by the field team.
Assist Project Team in developing, reviewing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans, and making sure needed action plans are implemented
Ensure integration of subcontractors schedules and progress measurement system
QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing or completed a civil engineering bachelor's degree/ diploma
Good communication
Ability to work independently
Analytical skills
Proficient with Google suite
