We have a client base in the USA mainly in New York.
The Project Management Intern will assist the internal project management team with various tasks relating to construction management.
CONTRACT LENGTH: Minimum 3 months of internship
REQUIREMENT: Laptop and a good internet connection
STIPEND: We do not provide fixed stipend. We reward performance through monetary performance incentives mostly at end of the internship tenure WORK TIMINGS:
● Monday to Friday working
● 2 pm to 11 pm (flexibility offered as per discussion with Reporting Manager post joining)

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Performing activities such as quality control and documentation according to the guidelines provided by the client.
● Maintaining the record of different items to be used or going to use at the site along with their rate list.
● Preparing and scheduling of resources such as subcontractors and purchase orders.
● Preparing and tracking purchase orders with inputs from clients where required.
● Change order and tracking based on changes and site conditions initiated and reported by the field team.
● Assist Project Team in developing, reviewing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans, and making sure needed action plans are implemented
● Ensure integration of subcontractors schedules and progress measurement system
QUALIFICATIONS
● Pursuing or completed a civil engineering bachelor's degree/ diploma
● Good communication
● Ability to work independently
● Analytical skills
● Proficient with Google suite
