• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to ensure project plans align with sustainable design principles and eco-friendly work practices.

• Develop detailed project plans, focusing on achieving environmental goals, such as energy efficiency.

• Coordinate the procurement and implementation of sustainable materials and technologies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with sustainability goals, such as reducing waste, using renewable energy sources, and conserving water.

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify environmental compliance and take corrective actions if necessary.

• Promote the use of energy-efficient systems and renewable energy solutions in the design and execution phases.

• Oversee waste reduction and recycling practices on the site to minimize environmental impact.

• Manage the use of eco-friendly building materials and technologies, ensuring that they meet sustainability standards.

• Manage and track project costs, ensuring the integration of sustainable solutions remains within budget while maintaining high environmental standards.

• Identify opportunities to incorporate cost-effective, sustainable technologies and practices without compromising project quality.

• Provide advice on cost-saving strategies related to sustainable energy and materials.

• Document the environmental impacts of the project and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

• Prepare sustainability reports to highlight milestones in achieving eco-friendly objectives.

• Perform regular inspections to assess the performance of sustainable systems.

• Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that eco-friendly practices and materials are being adhered to during the site.
