Handling of System operations related to client Account on boarding and Account maintenance.
Responsible for approving and reviewing day-to-day transactions for operations functions as required.
Ensures quality service and effective & efficient operations support at all levels.
Provides guidance to associates within own Team regarding procedural, technical and operational changes.
Drive process improvement projects to reduce operating costs and improve service standards.
Works closely with Team to meet department objectives in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensuring adequate controls are in place and laid down guidelines are adequately followed.
Ensure compliance with response deadlines
Responsible for maintaining efficient relationship with stakeholders
Preparation of Internal and Customer related MIS, Dashboards as per the requirement.
Handle escalations raised by customers proactively.
Preparation of Monthly Billing Data & keeping Track of the Project Profitability time to time & raise Flag whenever needed to take necessary actions.
