The incumbent is to provide overall Project Management support for the education Research and Implementation programs at Prayoga.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall planning and management, coordination and implementation of the Project and reports directly to the hd. Research Operations. This includes activities, resource, timelines and budget
- Supervise implementation and ensure meeting stated goals, outcomes, benchmarks, and reporting requirements.
- establish and manage a monitoring and evaluation system to track progress towards meeting deliverables, budget and timelines.
- Oversee the project’s financial and administrative system including reporting
- Generate various reports to present to leadership team and maintain/archive all related project records with controlled access
- Schedule weekly meetings to report the status, identify risks and notify leadership team to plan appropriate actions
Qualification
- The candidate should hold a Bachelors or Master’s degree
- Strong Project Management expertise
Minimum Requirements
- At least five (5) years of Project Management experience, managing and coordinating programs
- ability to plan and manage complex, time and budget sensitive projects
- work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage diverse teams to undertake discrete tasks within agreed timelines and budget
- experience managing research, evaluation/social science research is strongly desired
- experience with client account management
- excellent English communications skills, written and oral
- Experience with use of tools related to managing projects is preferred
