Communicating polices and commitment of top management to subordinates.

Identify & Manage Long Lead Materials & Equipment.
Solicit material samples, product data from contractor.
On-site construction status, planning & coordination.
Organize Pre-construction meetings, Contractor Kick-off Meeting.
Responsibility of Interference Resolution.
Responsibility of Daily Construction Reports and Reports from Contractors and Job progress, Photographs.
Need Modification Request (NMR)/Design Modification request (DMR) management and RFI
Management.
Resolve non-conformances of construction work.
Project Managers would certify the Work Completion of Buildings, Infra work as when required by Management for submission to Bank, Customers, Govt Authority, CA etc
Project Managers should ensure that, the work is carried out as per the sanctioned plans of the projects only.
Project Manager would ensure that, the RCC work of any building / Water Tank or of any infrastructure work would be casted only after checking done by RCC consultant.
PM to ensure that, he takes RCC slab checking certificate from RCC consultant after checking is done from him.
Project manager to provide with valid certificates/Letters/NOC’s as required from time to time during various stages of construction of the project and the same shall be given to the promoter without any delay and/or within 7 days on request of the Promoter.
Ensure the Execution and Implementation of proposed project.
Project Engineer shall give various certificates/letters as per prescribed forms under RERA act, rules and regulations thereunder or as per any other law for time being in force.
