Job Description

- Oversee all construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

- Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers

- Develop and implement project schedules and timelines, and ensure that all project activities are aligned with the company's objectives

- Monitor and manage project budgets, including forecasting and cost control

- Ensure that all construction projects comply with regulatory requirements and building codes

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and government agencies

- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure that all construction projects are aligned with market demand and customer needs

- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations

- Prepare regular reports on project and operational performance for senior management
