1. Manage multiple software development and implementation teams, both domestic and overseas.

2. Supervise the preparation of delivery plans in alignment with business forecasts.

3. Drive and oversee project execution as per agreed schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and positive testimonials.

4. Ensure project deadlines, requirements, and schedules are on track, while monitoring the progress of each project.

5. Ensure customer satisfaction during the project transition phase, facilitating change requests, and keeping all parties informed of impacts on schedules and budgets.

6. Develop procedures, policies, and controls to ensure profitable outcomes for the organization, appraising and evaluating the results of the overall delivery framework regularly and systematically.

7. Monitor project budgets and report on aspects such as profitability, capital expenditure, and delivery performance.

8. Monitor revenue and expenditure in the SBU to ensure profit objectives are achieved.

9. Mentor and coach the development, testing, and implementation teams, ensuring they possess the required skills to deliver quality software on time.

10. Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-term project plans and budgets based on broad organizational goals and objectives.

11. Drive staffing, equipment, licenses, sign-offs, and other resources as required to meet project demands.

12. Direct internal operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria, ensuring the current and future organizational plans are met.
