Receiving in & out bond calls. Receiving & managing the Clients, Customers and Visitors.

Calling and answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Updating all details in specific software of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

Sending Emails and SMS (customers & Contractors) and also making changes to company's policies and procedures when needed.

Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.

Handling Administration works Taking care of administration filing and maintenance. Taking care of Directors works Arrange the meetings of Directors & employees.

Coordinate with Architect, Contractor and report to Leadership. Report, contractor management, coordinator, quality maintenance, Material management. Honest Coordinate with suppliers and ensure quality of materials.
