Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Estimation:

o Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for new client projects based on

initial requirements and scope.

2. Design Phase Estimation:

o Collaborate with the design team to create comprehensive estimates after

design finalization.

3. Execution Phase Estimation:

o Develop and finalize project estimates after execution, incorporating all

material and labour costs.

4. Site Measurements:

o Conduct final site measurements to ensure accuracy in estimation and billing.

5. Billing Coordination:

o Prepare and verify the final project estimate for billing purposes.

o Submit finalized bills to the accounts team for processing.

Skills and Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or

related field preferred.

 Experience: Minimum 2 years in estimation or a similar role in the interior design or

construction industry.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation tools, MS Excel,MS Excel, and familiarity with

interior design materials and costs.

 Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing estimates and bills.

 Communication Skills: Strong ability to coordinate with designers, project

managers, and the accounts team.

 Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to address estimation discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.

Other Requirements

 Willingness to visit project sites for measurements as required.

 Ability to work within tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

 Strong organizational skills and ability to document and track estimates effectively.
