URGENT HIRING CALL/WATSAPP HR
• Manage all aspects of the construction from budgeting to execution of the work.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure that work is properly executed within deadlines
• Planning and organizing tasks while managing a team of civil engineers or contractors.
• Inspection, monitoring, and daily oversight of subcontractors.
• Prepare daily schedules, plan materials, and purchase orders, ensuring work is within project scope.
• Responsible for obtaining sub-contractor estimates and bids, performing project buyouts, and managing subcontractors' progress against plan.
• Checking and preparing of contractors bills.
• Schedule pre-construction site visits of all jobs that are under construction.
• Oversee the construction schedule, budget and ensure the project is completed within deadline and budget.
• Implementing industry best practices and assuring quality output.
• Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials.
• Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints.
• Ability to offer a high level of customer service, and good team player.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Review project on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimate remain within budget and daily reporting to the Project Manager.
