The primary function of a HVAC Project Manager is to plan, coordinate, execute, and maintain an effective field organization utilizing the necessary engineering, labour, equipment, materials, tools, subcontracted services, and other company resources to effectively perform the scope of contracted work within an allotted budget and time schedule.
Responsibilities:
1. Site visit for analysis of actual material required at site to minimize return material.
2. Work Schedule to be given to Customer in co-ordination with the Site Engg..
3. Co Ordination with planning team for shop drawing approvals for imitating work.
4. Discussion on contractors for job work and preparing work order with / without material at site with Estimation Department.
5. Finalizing engineers for work executive based on zonal wise.
6. Any extra work (Material / Drawing) Change required should be prior initiated and confirmed by customer and management.
7. Co Ordinate with Purchasing Department to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials per budget.
8. Track materials to ensure schedules are maintained.
9. Timely work progress to be updated to customers on weekly basis
through the designated site engineers.
10. After work completion final mail regarding the same with escalation matrix and HOF to be provided to customer.
11. Monthly project review to be undertaken.
12. Monthly billing target to be forecasted based on ongoing sites.
