Responsibilities and Duties
Creating project plans
Project tracking, and controlling: monitoring service levels based on predetermined metrics
Resource forecasting
Facilitation by removing blockers
Risk Management: Identifying, analyzing and working with PMs and other functional managers to mitigate identified risks and other impediments
Risk Management: Tracking and communicating status
Coordination with various teams and internal and external customers
Managing customer expectations
Monitoring trends and take appropriate action to ensure project and organizational goals are met
Creating and maintaining required project documentation
