Responsibilities and Duties

• Creating project plans

• Project tracking, and controlling: monitoring service levels based on predetermined metrics

• Resource forecasting

• Facilitation by removing blockers

• Risk Management: Identifying, analyzing and working with PMs and other functional managers to mitigate identified risks and other impediments

• Risk Management: Tracking and communicating status

• Coordination with various teams and internal and external customers

• Managing customer expectations

• Monitoring trends and take appropriate action to ensure project and organizational goals are met

• Creating and maintaining required project documentation
