Desired profile:

The candidate must be able to create and deliver effective communication campaigns to communicate with an internal and external audience of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. He/she must have excellent connection-building skills with customers.

• Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities :

• Manage large amounts of Order Flow

• Follow communication with Team members

• Identify the order Requirement.

• Check all the corrections in orders

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

• You are mainly responsible for liaising with the customers and Vendors to understand their requirements

• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated.

• Record customer information within our customer service database

• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

Railrestro became an official e-catering partner of IRCTC in January 2016 and is currently processing around 47% of the e-catering vertical in Indian Railways. The company reached break even within first four months from the time of inception."
