We are looking for a responsible Education Project Coordinator to administer and organize Education Project from simple to more complex plans. Education Project Coordinator responsibilities include working passionately for new innovation and Value-added ideas for further growth and development of this Education Project. Search of new talented students from 4 districts of Marathwada region of Maharashtra. Evaluate performance of every student and guide them as Mentor to Groom their overall Personality.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information of this education project.
• Project to be carried by staying with students.
• To develop Intellectual skills and Personality Factor in Students.
• To identify hidden potential of students and help them to raise it.
• To take students continuous review in their academic performance and guide them accordingly.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Assign tasks to students and assist with schedule management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all Organization Committee and Project Manager.
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
* REQUIREMENTS
• Must stay with students for this Education Project.
• Must be fluent and good in communication with students.
• Capability to handle students of 11th and 12th standard.
• An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans for growth of this project.
