Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Track project budgets and ensure financial accountability.

Client Coordination:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.

Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Data Management:

Collect, organize, and analyze project data to identify trends and insights.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Ensure data integrity and security.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in project coordination and client management.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
