Project Coordinator
Our growing company is seeking to hire a project coordinator who will be in charge of assisting in our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, organizing and participating in Client meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
To be successful as a project coordinator, you will need to be able to work on deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:-
Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines under the guidance of senior project managers.
Serve as a point of communication between company teams and clients.
Support project planning and scheduling efforts by maintaining project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements and ensure understanding of project objectives.
Help track project progress and milestones, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Assist in identifying potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas and insights to help drive project success.
Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports.
Provides project tracking and monitoring support on a daily basis.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is must
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Leadership qualities to delegate tasks and motivate team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
