1. Project Coordination

Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables among team members and clients.

2. Client Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.

Gather client feedback and relay it to the design team for adjustments.

3. Team Collaboration

Work closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.

Facilitate meetings and communication among team members to keep everyone aligned.

4. Budget Management

Assist in preparing project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.

Help identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

5. Material Sourcing

Research and source materials, furnishings, and finishes needed for projects.

Coordinate orders and deliveries, ensuring timely availability of items.

6. Design Development Support

Assist designers in creating design concepts, mood boards, and presentations for clients.

Help in preparing and organizing design documents and samples.

7. Site Management

Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure that the work aligns with design plans.

Address any on-site issues or changes that arise during implementation.

8. Quality Control

Ensure that all aspects of the project meet established quality standards and specifications.

Conduct inspections and provide feedback to the design and construction teams.

9. Documentation

Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, design documents, and correspondence.

Prepare reports and documentation for project tracking and evaluation.

10. Problem-Solving

Identify potential issues early in the project and propose solutions to mitigate risks.

Facilitate conflict resolution among team members or with clients.
