Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing all projects within the company.
Maintain a record of milestones for projects and ensure that projects are completed according to the quality standards set by the company within the stated deadline.
Leading a team of site engineers and other domain experts.
Responsible for getting positive reviews from customers on the project management side.
Providing updated functional requirements for improving the customer experience and project management by directly working with the Tech and Ops teams.
Resolve the customer's issues.
Implementing effective site visits by engineers and managing the finances of projects and ensuring that all finance is up-to-date at all times.
Continuously improve the project management system and processes for a better customer experience.
Conduct interviews and meetings with new vendors and negotiate agreements with existing vendors.
Engagement with vendors on an ongoing basis, including highlighting escalating issues and ensuring issues related to vendor experience are promptly addressed.
The role will act as the first point of contact for the company, which requires them to spend 85% of their time on the ground.
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with vendors; monitor their performance on a weekly and monthly basis; and prepare reports for management.
Experience
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of construction by-laws and construction regulation.
Experience in generating MIS reports is a plus

Past experience working in the construction or real estate domain is a plus.
Regional language skills are a plus.
