Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out the planned activities as assigned by the RO to the agreed budgets, timeframe, etc.

2. Develop ideas and be creative in implementing the activities to achieve the outcome to reach the Project Goal.

3. Respond and follow up the activities through regular visits to office or field).

4. Monitor and report activities every day and provide relevant information/suggestion to the RO.

5. Maintain and report on the working condition of the Project/office equipment or organizational assets that you handle: take prior approval from the RO for any repairing/upgrading of any Project Assets.

6. Meet on a regular basis to provide Project updates and share relevant information with the Project Manager.

7. Visit the Field/Community and conduct relevant meetings as necessary in consultation with the RO.

8. Assist RO to undertake advocacy, liaison and networking initiatives as required by the Project

9. Upgrade the knowledge and skills through reading, attending study seasons, seminars or exposure programme��s arranged either by the Organization.

10. Assist RO to prepare visual, audio or print documentation on the project in collaboration with and under the guidance of the other dept.

11. To liaise with the Govt. - the Central and State Govt. and build up and maintain effective relationships as the project is to be implemented in close coordination with the Govt.

12. To be responsible for community engagement programme��s of the project and to take up awareness sessions and other community level initiatives as specified in the Project
