Job Description:

Aadvi Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head for our ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the Real Estate sector. As the Project Head, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple construction projects in real estate development, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise, implementing solutions as needed.

Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budget allocation, and controlling project costs.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality assurance and progress tracking.

Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high standards of performance and collaboration.

Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in the real estate and construction industry.

Proven experience in handling large-scale construction projects, from start to finish.
