FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting directly to the Director Operations, your functional responsibilities will be as per below:

Organise daily workflow with clients and oversee all project activities for allocated projects

Liaise with clients for project briefing and arrange coordination meetings between the client

and internal teams as per project requirements

Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Medical, Design, Animation and IT throughout the

project lifecycle as required to ensure TAT is as per agreed SLAs.

Ensure that Client Briefs are understood accurately and explained properly to internal team

members for efficient project delivery

Work closely with external partners including 3rd Party Suppliers and Service Providers to

deliver projects in a seamless manner

Demonstrate ability to manage multiple clients at any given point in time

Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines

Identify process improvements and participate in continuous improvement projects to

enhance internal systems and processes

Assist the Director Operations and Senior Management with any ad hoc requirements.
