Roles and Responsibilities

Should have good understanding about the planning and execution of Landscaping projects for premium clients. .

Should attend design review meetings with the clients, contractors, vendors and coordinate with the design team throughout the project.

Visit the Project site and explains the project management consultants about the drawing changes if any which needs to be incorporated for the project during the construction phase.

Solving the complicated Site issues which arises during the construction phase with respect to services.

Understand and interpret complex concepts & designs.

Prepare neat and accurate architectural renderings, use of computer aided drafting (Autocad).

Experience in handling Schematic drawings, Tender drawings, Approval drawings & GFC drawings.
