Position: Project Architect

Basic Qualification Diploma in Architecture Desired Qualification B. Arch

Total Exp. 7 - 8 Yrs. Relevant Exp.

�� Residential township projects

�� Land survey drawings.

Project Exp:.

�� Minimum one large size Residential Township projects.

�� Experienced in preparation of land survey drawings with respect to Dag no., Mouza etc.

Job Description:

�� Must have working knowledge of land documentation & land survey works, preparing and checking of land schedule, survey drawings wrt mouza map, dag numbers, deed or other relevant documents and details.

�� Must have knowledge of National Building codes, Municipal Building Rules, Fire NOC & Emergency Services, Height restrictions of Airport Authority, Environmental clearances, relevant IS Codes, applicable norms and guidelines for development of residential Township and other projects.

�� Must have hands on experience in AutoCAD, MS Office and other relevant tools.

�� Having knowledge and experience in statutory / approval requirements and preparation of drawings as per requirement of Fire, Building plan approval, Forest, Environment, AAI clearances for township & commercial projects.

�� Must have worked as Project Architect in atleast one residential township project for full life cycle from conceptualisation to handing over of facility.

�� Must have exposure in overall MEP works as required for Township project.

�� Visits to project sites, assessing and reporting the design conformity, quality compliance, progress updates, criticalities and suggest improvement strategies.

�� Interface between all Architect, client, engineers and stakeholders.

�� Languages to be known: English, Bengali and any other language.
