Position: Senior Programme Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in General administration related work.

2. To assist the administrative support system for various academic activities.

3. Preparation of various types of reports, proposals and other related works.

4. To support and facilitate all works including drafting of notes and letters etc.

5. Coordinating with various departments for various academic activities.

6. Responding and composing emails related to the academic programme and arranging incoming correspondence/mails with files or related materials needed for meetings, correspondence and reports.

7. Visiting various offices/classes as per the schedule of the academic programme.

8. Collating and compilation of data.

9. Execution of daily programme along with admission, student registration and convocation related activities.

10. Any other jobs as assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.
