The Program Manager curates each Eduventure program - chooses cities, industries and academic partners, and creates unique experiences for students across schools and universities. The experiences are located in Goa, Pondicherry, Pune, Lonavala, Bangalore, Coorg, Ooty, Coimbatore, Vizag etc.

We are looking to hire a dynamic, take-charge and multi-faceted individual for this role, on a full time basis.

Role:

Program Development - understand academic requirements of various disciplines; and curate the eduventure experience for them.

Partnerships - identify and connect with universities, colleges, industries, and for the eduventure program and build strong partnerships with them

Program Management - plan, organize and coordinate the execution of the tour experience

Industry Coach - supplement the local industry exposure team as an industry coach

Market Research & Strategy - maintain a strong repository of information on industry trends, global best practices and competitors to define product strategy

Must Haves:

Demonstrated accountability and teamwork

Written and Verbal Communication Skills

A working understanding of Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Slides

Good to have:

Insight into South Indian Tourist locations and activities

Experience curating travel experiences; and building itineraries
