A. Branding and Communication:
Develop and update branding and multi-channel communication strategy of Foundation.
B. Social Media and Website
Update and manage Foundation’s official website.
Manage and post latest updates on all officials social media platforms / handles.
Plan and run digital media campaign for Foundation.
C. Reports and Documents
Coordinate with the team and develop Annual Reports.
Keep custody of photographs, case studies, media clips of Foundation across all the programs. Use these pieces for dissemination of work and also share with the team members as required.
Develop high quality contents, articles for external and internal audience.
Lead the work on developing yearly calendars and all internal and external communication / display materials.
Develop internal newsletter and organizational updates using appropriate platforms.
Develop official presentation for Foundation on various sectoral work. Also prepare standard presentations that might be used for various forums by Foundation.
Use creativity to develop case studies, podcasts, videos, photo gallery and other media contents.
Produce media pieces such as slides
Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate / degree in mass communication / media studies/ designing, digital communication or any other relevant field. Atleast 10 years of experience in leading communication unit in international or national development organization / companies. Experience of managing corporate donors would be strongly preferred.

Compensation: Rs. 15,00,000 to Rs. 20,00,000 (annual Cost to Company)
