Title- Program Manager
Required Skills - (Project, Operations & Financial Management Skills)
- Solid understanding and experience closely working with technical documentation (PRDs, BRDs, User Guides, etc)
- Experienced in a project managing large and small technical projects and working with a team of engineers and across different time zones
- Experienced in large operations management and operational metrics ( SLAs, CSAT, etc.)
- Ability to work with numbers and understanding of financial management processes (for example maintaining forecasts, accruals, invoice & PO management)
- Good data analysis skills to analyze data, identify trends and create recommendations & simple dashboard views ( Pivot tables, Graphs)
- Experienced working with Google Sheets or Excel
- Experienced with creating customer facing presentations (Google Slides or PPT) and consolidated reports for business intelligence
Preferred Skills -
- Technical skills:
Writing technical documentation (PRDs, BRDs, User Guides, etc)
Writing code -basic Java, JS, Python Experience
- Six Sigma certified
- Experienced in mapping workflows, processes for multiple teams
Responsibilities:
1. DevShop Technical Project & Operations Management
- Project management of ongoing technical projects by existing DevShop Suppliers to ensure delivery as per requirements
- Project management of new project set ups / launches supported by existing DevShop Suppliers to ensure delivery as per requirements
- Collaborating with technical stakeholders on PRDs, BRDs, User Guides as needed
- Work within DevShop framework to define, develop, distribute, and optimize processes
