About the role:
Analyse, understand process/ journey and build insights from the data.
Build/track reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance
Drive business metrics and goals, track and measure activities
Ownership of new initiatives
Will be responsible for collaborating with different teams to ensure quality control and timely completion of the project.
The candidate is expected to have good interpersonal skills and team management ability. You will be in charge of optimizing the process, project tracking and taking ownership of the success matrix of the project.
Define the business problem and properly structure the solution.
6 Days Working with Weekends compulsory working
Have a keen eye on the category developments in the market, have sense of consumer insights and accordingly define/launch product initiatives to driver category success
Sales / Upsell Experience is Needed.
Leading the City Operations of your own vertical of NoBrokerHood by demonstrating leadership skills through teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.
Travelling to multiple cities to enhance the results with the city team.
