Project Title: Program Manager - Consultant (6-10 months)

Project Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our team on a temporary basis (6-10 months) as a direct consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for successful implementation of our Lending solutions for our client site in Bangalore.

This role involves project planning, client engagement, resource allocation & team management, scope & risk management, ensuring quality of project, budget control, documentation and project tracking.

Your expertise in project management and your ability to lead cross-functional teams will be pivotal in ensuring project success within the specified timeframe.

This role requires a deep understanding of project management, as well as a strong background in the SaaS or banking technology industry.

This is a temporary consultant position with a duration of 6-10 months based out of Bangalore location (work from office)

Requirements for this project:

Minimum of 10 years of project management or implementation experience in banking technology industry is a must

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.

Strong understanding of lending processes and banking/NBFC operations.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
